The bed arrived much quicker than the website estimated. As others noted, the box is really heavy so we opened it downstairs and moved it pieces at a time. It is definitely particleboard but that's what you get for this price. The finished product looks nice and while it took a few hours to put together it looks nice. Overall a good purchase for a kid's room.

Not high quality, but a good product for the price.
I ordered 3 pieces and was told they would be delivered at a rate of 1 per week! I called customer service to complain that I did not want to spend one day per week, for 3 weeks, waiting for a delivery. Mercantila shipped them all at the same time and they arrived earlier than expected!

14 yr old did most of the work, replaced his bunck bed this was his choice in beds, most economical(several types here in $200-300 range) The bed was done by him, the drawers had to be redone by adult

My son has a bed very similar to this one. Now it is time for my little girl to get a big girl bed. We shopped around for a solid bed with drawers. This is what we went with.

I expected the drawers to be almost as deep as the drawer fronts...the are much more shallow so don't hold as much as I expected. This is my only complaint, other than that it is great.

this is a great product for my daughters' room. i bought two of them. they are esthetically pleasing. assembly wasn't too bad either. the extra storage is great, although the drawers are not that big. my only complaint is that once the bed is assembled, it's difficult to maneuver on our carpetted floors. it's a very heavy product (which is likely due to the quality of the wood). however, it would be great if they were on casters or had a smoother base to aid in moving it. otherwise, i'm very happy with the purchase.
delivery was prompt and arrived in good condition. the product is very heavy, so better have some able bodies that can move it in place.

The bed was easy to assemble but was rather heavy when all together (including the mattress). Know where you want it so you can avoid removing mattress, drawers, and contents in order to shuffle furniture!

There were a few broken pieces that were quickly replaced and so far it seems like a good solid bed.
